Hotcakes Bakes is an elegant bakery for couples’ wedding cakes in the greater Los Angeles, California area. This bakery creates Parisian-inspired cakes with American tastes, thanks to French owner Elfie Weiss. This Paris-born baker opened the bakery in 2005 before becoming the first-ever winner of Cupcake Wars in 2009. Now, couples come from all over the southern California region, and the country, to get a taste of her delicious cakes!

Cake decor can include ribbon, flowers, feathers, monograms, and more. The bakery delivers this delicate dessert to a couple’s wedding after custom-design consulting, baking it and decorating it. In addition to wedding cakes the bakers also create groom’s cakes and cupcakes for a couple’s wedding day, as well as Bachelor's and Bachelorette celebrations, and anniversary cakes.
