Who We Are

Hotel Canandaigua is a premiere lake front resort property that is designed to entertain, surprise and delight you and your guests during all aspects of the wedding weekend. The Grand Ballroom and Terrace over look the North End of Canandaigua Lake. The Lake Front Tent is steps away from the Canandaigua Lake shore. Finally, the Canandaigua Room offers one of the best views of the lake. All event spaces allow you and your guests to enjoy the unapparelled views during your lakeside wedding on the picturesque Canandaigua Lake.

Wedding Weekend Package

Hotel Canandaigua provides all the accommodations you and your guests may need for the wedding weekend. One the first day, you and your guests are invited to enjoy the lakeside excursions followed by the ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. The morning of the wedding, the Bridal Party is welcome to enjoy their private hair and makeup studio, as well as their private lounge before attending the wedding ceremony. Once the wedding couple, says "I Do" your guests will soon fall in love with the beautiful lakeside views from the wedding reception. Finally, you and your guests are invited to enjoy a customized wedding breakfast to conclude the perfect wedding weekend.

The wedding weekend package includes a complimentary one-night standard King guest room for the wedding couple the night of the wedding.

Couples who choose to host their rehearsal dinner, wedding reception and wedding breakfast on site will have access to three exclusive enhancements from the list below

  • Complimentary Champagne Toast at the Rehearsal Dinner
  • Complimentary Hand Passed Champagne at the Wedding Ceremony
  • Complimentary One Hour Mimosa Station at the Wedding Breakfast
  • One Additional Hand Passed Hors D'oeuvre during the Cocktail Hour
  • 20,000 Additional Hilton Honor Points

Hilton Honors

The total cost for the contracted food and beverage minimum, as well as the contracted event space rental will be converted into Hilton Honor points. For every dollar spent, the primary contact will receive one point. Hilton Honor points can be accumulated for free night stays at any Hilton property worldwide.

Best venue ever

Incredible staff , they all were so kind and so helpful. Noelle the events coordinator was such a huge help with the entire process—she met with us as many times as we needed and made sure every detail was executed perfectly. The whole Hotel Canandaigua team made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. Every guest was telling about how amazing the food , venue , and staff were. They are more than worth every single penny!! HIGHLY recommend!!

Incredible Experience! Book Your Wedding Here!!

My name is Maxwell, the owner of Whirlin' Disc Sound, a local wedding/event entertainment company. I had the pleasure of working with Noelle and her staff on 9/23/2023 for Lauren & Ryan's Wedding. Let me start by saying working with Noelle and her team was incredible from start to finish. The setting was beautiful, the transitions between moments were seamless, the food was amazing, and the preparedness of her team blew me away. It's clear everyone that works the events at the hotel, love what they do and are happy to go above and beyond for their couples/clients. The space is incredibly thought out with beautiful furnishings to create a breath taking atmosphere. The ceremony location outside on the grass was a dream to say the least. The backdrop of the water for the ceremony and/or sunset photos was second to none. Thank you Brittany Ford for such incredible photography!! It's also setup with a perfect location for any DJ to be located in the background with power and a table ready to go (also covered incase of weather).

If you are looking for a space/location to host your wedding day or event, do yourself a favor and book a tour with Noelle!

Beautiful & unique wedding venue on Canandaigua Lake - perfection!

Our wedding at Hotel Canandaigua was spectacular! We dreamed of getting married on the water and this was the perfect location. Incredible views and a gorgeous hotel with beautiful spaces for all our events! We ended up hosting our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception at Hotel Canandaigua and we are so happy with how everything turned out. Noelle, the catering & sales manager, helped us through the whole process and Evan, our day of coordinator, worked his butt off to ensure the weekend went smoothly. Even though we were their first large wedding since opening in mid-2023, they handled everything professionally and ensured the day was everything we wanted it to be. We felt prioritized by everyone on the staff and everyone who worked at our wedding was so kind and helpful. The food at the rehearsal dinner & wedding was amazing (so many people complimented the food!) and the ballroom is so beautiful and unique - it doesn't feel like you're in a basic hotel ballroom. Plus, everyone utilized the gorgeous outdoor spaces during the cocktail hour & reception. The nearby Kershaw park & dock on the lake provide so many location options for photos so you can get a variety of shots without leaving the property. Our guests loved having the option to stay right at the hotel as well! We are so happy with our decision to host our wedding at Hotel Canandaigua and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful venue in the Rochester/Finger Lakes region!
