The staff was nice. Mr. Surrender sure does know what customer service is all about. Although everything started out bad during the check in process, he made sure to accommodate us on the day of with the zen room in the spa area.

Rooms are old and a bit on the rundown, no fridge, no safe, no perks in bathrooms, truly blah for this brand of hotel. Internet was not free, pool closes after 6pm, and the renovations were totally in the way.

Nevertheless, the Hyatt wouldn't be my first recommendation for a special event, but the amount of space they offer is truly amazing. You win some and you loose some.
