Haley Smalley is the Catering Sales Manager for the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown. In this role, Haley is responsible for all social events from start to completion. All weddings, family reunions, birthday parties, Christmas parties, etc., Haley handles the contracts, details, budgets, and floorplans. Haley joined the Hyatt team in May of 2024.
Haley has spent her entire career working in events from the management side, to the hustle and bustle of set up and tear down.
Haley enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her cat. She also loves exploring new places and traveling.

Route 66 Photo Booth has had the pleasure of working with the wonderful staff of the Downtown Hyatt many times over the years at both wedding receptions and corporate events. They do a wonderful job of providing some wonderful set ups, linens, centerpieces etc. when decorating for events. They are very accommodating to us and allow us to do our business without hassle.
We had the pleasure of working with the Hyatt staff at a recent bridal show. Their ballrooms are clean and their staff are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help vendors.
