We absolutely LOVED working with the Hyatt Zilara for our big day. From working with vendors, overall communication, and coordinating room blocks, the staff made this process effortless. Special thanks to Katia for helping us have our dream wedding. She was best coordinator and made our vision come to life! We would recommend this hotel and venue to anyone looking for a one of a kind destination wedding!!

I cannot say enough great things about the wedding staff for our big day. It was literally perfect. Luisa was our wedding planner and she handled everything for us. From options on photography, music, hair/makeup, food etc etc. We had decided to do the base “elopement” package and included our 4 (adult) children for a small fee. We chose the Gazebo for our ceremony - it was about $500 cheaper than the beach. We liked it so much better because the view is gorgeous and you don’t get sand everywhere. Also, the photographer agreed to take pics by the water. The girls for hair and makeup were excellent as well - my daughter and I loved it! I had a friend who was married at the Hyatt Cancun and she referred me due to her great experience. Again, highly recommend!! We don’t have the pics back from the photographer but wanted to show beach in the back and my daughter’s hairstyle.

We were happy to find such a beautiful place to elope just the two of us. Our wedding planner never made us feel unimportant or too small. She answered all of our questions and really cared about our concerns and needs. It was a dream come true!
