We live in Montana... A friend of our son's videotaped parts of his wedding. The footage was very disjointed and the sound quality was mediocre... After waiting 2 1/2 years to receive a finished product, my son asked for help. I contacted iDOcam and worked with Marc. We wanted to surprise our son and his wife with a finished video and needed it within a certain time frame. Marc emailed us a preliminary video that was wonderful. After viewing it, we asked if one of the wedding toasts could be added. The finished video that we received shortly thereafter, was so wonderful that it brought tears to our eyes. It was not only beautifully done, it was incredible how they took such disjointed clips and captured the whole feel of the wedding. They even cleared up the audio to a much better quality. Every contact and response from iDOcam has been professional, prompt, and very satisfying. It is apparent that they really wanted us to be happy with the finished product, and it definitely exceeded our hopes. The value we received far exceeded our expectations and we thank Marc and his company for their work.
