This review is looong overdue! I worked with Cindy and her team for day-of coordination for my wedding in October 2023 at the Maxwell House in Pasadena. Even though the job was "day of", Cindy did a fantastic job of letting us know exactly what we needed from our vendors and contracts months ahead. We even used quite a few vendors from her recommended list and it simplified the research process for us. She was also very timely with her email responses, reviewed our contracts, and created our seating layout.

When it came to the day of, there were no major hiccups at all! Cindy and Marina were extremely organized, professional, structured and fun! Transitions from ceremony to cocktail hour to post-dinner activities were seamless and I didn't have to think about anything else but being in the moment on my big day.
