Island Time Catering truly made our wedding reception at Fort Getty in Jamestown, RI, an unforgettable event. We had a fantastic experience working with Island Time to plan our event and our guests are still raving about the delicious food.

Despite unexpected torrential rain storms during the start of our reception, the Island Time team remained remarkably positive and adaptable. While we planned for an outdoor bar on the lawn, the rain changed our plans. We all agreed to move the setup under the tent, and the Island Time team quickly adjusted their setup. The staff’s cheerful and professional demeanor helped alleviate any stress we might have had due to the weather.

Our guests were impressed by the warmth and friendliness of Island Time's staff. They were attentive and accommodating – we had many guests come up to us and tell us how kind and personable the staff were.

The Beach Buffet was an absolute hit among our guests. The grilled shrimp, Shoyu chicken, pulled pork, and grilled tofu were delicious. When we did our rounds to the tables, many guests shared that the food was awesome. Island Time even provided to-go containers for the leftovers (which we devoured at our after party!).

Sabrina, our main contact at Island Time, deserves special recognition for her outstanding support throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns, ensuring that every detail was perfect for our special day. We had a number of guests with dietary restrictions and Sabrina coordinated with the kitchen to make sure that everyone would be able to enjoy the food safely. On the day of the event, Sabrina was also on-site, personally overseeing the service and making sure everything ran smoothly.
