Let me start by saying that I am very picky when it comes to hair and makeup. I have had my hair and makeup done professionally in the past and was always disappointed leading me to avoid professional hair and makeup for the last few large events I've had. My experience with Tawnya has completely changed my opinion on getting my hair and makeup done. She's unbelievably talented! My hair was stunning and held on through the hurricane-force winds Mother Nature so kindly sent us on the big day. My makeup stood the test of tears and time. Seriously, I cried like a baby and still looked incredible by the end of the night. From the start of the process, Tawnya was on the ball. She's a fantastic communicator, takes into account different inspo ideas you have, and executes them amazingly. Her style is clean, polished, and natural. You'll look like you just glammed up a bit! I was stressed about a number of factors on our elopement day, but hair and makeup wasn't one of them. If all of that wasn't enough, Tawnya is great company! Tawnya was good company and had great vibes. I really enjoyed having her be the person to come do my hair and makeup. I felt she helped me calm my nerves and also made me look and feel gorgeous.
