We are Joel and Andrea Knepper, owners and operators of J&A Photography. We have both been involved not only in photography but the visual arts our entire lives and are honored to be able to utilize our talents to create beautiful family heirlooms for our clients. We started out small in 2004, shooting mostly weddings and the occasional portrait, but it wasn’t long before we became well known in the area for our creative style and fun approach.

We think of our role in your wedding as your "creative wedding storytellers". Our number one goal is to best reflect you, while artfully recording your wedding day. We do this by unobtrusively capturing events as they unfold and allowing you and your guests to truly experience the fun and magic of your day. When the time comes, we’ll take the lead and offer up creative and natural ways that will make you look your best – not stiff and awkward. We’re always coming up with fun new ways to get our couples to relax and be themselves in front of the camera, and new ways to capture those moments. By mixing the posed photos with the undirected candids we’ll create a lasting, timeless set of images that your family will enjoy for generations.
