Jack Francis Catering handled the food for our outdoor summer wedding. We did a "fancy BBQ" theme with pulled pork, filet mignon, portobello mushrooms, chicken, and salmon. As the bride, I barely got to eat, but what I had was delicious. More telling, our guests LOVED the food. We got comments all night about how great it was, many went up for seconds, and several called us over the next few days to comment on it. The staff was professional and friendly - the fact that I barely noticed them at all is a testament to how well they do their job. For the food alone, I'd work with Jack Francis Catering again.

Jack Francis Catering came highly recommended to us and while I was glad we used them, I will say the staff at the wedding was excellent, the food was wonderful, everyone raved about it, the person in the office was rude and did not handle our account with courtesy. While I would say if you want great food and a good waitstaff go for it, but don't expect much from the office.
