Jane's were super helpful throughout the entire process, and worked with us creating a design that we liked for all parts of the day - including giving us free trial bouquets, a wonderfully thoughtful thing to do. However! They caused stress on the day of the wedding as a portion of the order did not go through and some of the flowers were missing when my family went to pick them up before the ceremony. They brought in the florist on her day off to fix the error as much as possible, so I've given them good scores overall.
