J.J. Kelly was awesome!! I was concerned about my appointment based on the terrible reviews on here; however, none of these reflected my experience whatsoever. I don't often write reviews, good or bad, but I feel compelled to share my experience to let other brides-to-be know what to expect.

I worked with Nicole during my appointment, and she was FANTASTIC! The day before my appointment, she emailed me to ask about what styles of dresses I like, if I had a Pinterest board, and what my budget was. Since my Pinterest board is secret, I emailed her about 10 pictures of my favorite dresses. On the day of the appointment, I arrived about 10 minutes early. We were greeted by the friendly staff and told to look around while Nicole finished up her last appointment. They had such beautiful gowns and such a large selection! The shop also had just a great atmosphere when we arrived. After about 5-10 minutes, Nicole came over introduced herself. She then showed me some of the gowns she had pulled based on the pictures I had sent her the day before. They were just what I was looking for plus they were all within budget.

We then went back to the fitting rooms. One cool aspect was that Nicole offered to let me use a strapless bra during the appointment. This might sound odd or something small, but it was such a nice touch. I wore a regular nude, strapless bra for the day; however, this bra was more like bridal lingerie. It was white and lacey, had a corset attached, and had a low cut back. It just made me feel more like a bride and was truly better suited for the dresses. During the appointment, Nicole made small talk about my fiancé, where were were getting married, how we met, etc. She was so professional, down to earth, kind, and best of all HELPFUL! She really listened to what I liked and didn't like about certain dresses and then knew what direction to go next. She addressed my bridesmaids by name, never pressured us, and ultimately helped me find THE dress that day!!
