Ladies - if you are going to spend this much money on a dress, go Jenny Yoo. The dresses are far more detailed and flattering. Joanna August feels a bit like Reformation but with really insane price point.

Dress Sizing is Horrible

All of our dresses arrived huge, and the style that I had selected made it so you couldn’t alter it to fit, it was a wrap style so it should’ve been fine and forgiving. Quality was below average for the price. The first dress had an issue that they offered to take back and remake, or I could pick a different style that was ready to ship. I opted for a short style since I was going to hem the long version anyway, and they agreed to send the short in stock dress and give me a $35 refund (long dresses are more expensive than the short). I got a shipping notification several weeks later that they didn’t honor my new selection, they remade the old one and wouldn’t give me my $35 unless I waited until I received it (1 week), shipped it back (1 week +), and then they would ship the dress we agreed to, which would’ve been too late). My alterations cost over $100, and they couldn’t get it any tighter. I was so uncomfortable all night feeling like I was hanging out of the dress. I was super disappointed with the entire process.
