Hi, I'm Avery and have been a family friend of the Johnson family for over two decades! I have seen the Johnson family grow and their business flourish. I began working as an event coordinator in 2018 and have enjoyed my job responsibilities and roles ever since! I am the coordinator behind a lot of the email correspondence with clients. Job highlights include wedding day of coordination services, my favorite part is queuing the bride down the aisle and fluffing her wedding dress train! Other perks are organizing and providing wedding venue tours, time spent in the flower shop being creative, and being the live music & food truck booking manager for the farm’s public events! Being enveloped in the wedding industry, I also form vendor relationships and become a ‘friendor’ with many talented industry professionals! Happy to assist couples in their vendor selections from florals, entertainment and finding vendors that reflect services unique to the couple! Hi, I'm Sarah! I am part of the Day of Coordination Wedding Team at Locust Hall. Fun fact I was a May 2018 Locust Hall Bride and have since hosted and frequent Locust events! Including my Mother’s surprise birthday party in the Stone Barn, maternity photos in the fields, and countless farm to table dinners & evenings on the farm events with my family. The farm is truly a special place that I hold many memories and continue with each passing season! I am thrilled to return to the farm as a day of coordinator and create memorable experiences for my couples! I can provide unique and personal insight for Locust couples as I was once a bride planning my own wedding at the farm! hi, I'm Carol! I am a lead floral designer at Locust Hall and love every aspect of the job! As a family friend of the Johnson's, attending their weddings and gatherings are events I always look forward to! I have a creative and engaging personality that allows me to transcend into the farm’s flower shop. I know the farm thoroughly; I have knowledge of the seasonal blooms and how to purposely place arrangements within the venue spaces. Highlights of the job include seeing a client’s vision come to fruition! I share my time answering client emails, fulfilling flower orders to pinning the final ribbon onto a bride’s wedding bouquet! Each season I get to enhance my floral innovations with resourcefulness procedures and discover methods to ecofriendly designs! It is exciting to incorporate floral trends and order farm chic materials for the floral team. I hope to meet you and create a stunning floral design for your Locust Hall wedding!
