My name is Reverend Lance (also known as "Texas Wedding Pastor"), and I am an experienced Ordained Professional Christian Non-Denominational Minister (and Officiant). I proudly earned a master’s degree in Divinity (M.Div.), a paralegal certification, am a native Houstonian and launched this Wedding ministry in 2012, which makes me different than other ads you will see advertised on Craigslist. I am also warm, dependable, professional, personable, friendly, strongly recommended and have a 5 Star review rating. Will successfully walk you through this process step-by-step and provide both: a memorable ceremony that is also romantic for the two of you. I offer you the following flexible options for your Wedding plans:
*Formal Weddings.
*Elopements (quick, small--from two to four people, private and done on same day; it is way better alternative than going to the county courthouse .
* Signings of a marriage license for those who choose not to have a ceremony and only need a signature--that is, have their marriage license signed on the same day before it expires.
*Can also do Quinceanera’s, which is a celebration in the Hispanic community of a girl's 15th birthday. Or, it is said to be a coming-of-age ceremony.
I work all throughout the week, Monday thru Sunday, 24/7. and will work with your schedule. I service the Houston, TX, and surrounding areas. Last Minute/short notice, please contact with me is okay too, limited slots available.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Rev. Lance G. Johnson is the founder and President of “Joined as One Ministries.” He is an ordained, non-denominational Christian minister and officiant. He conducts weddings, vow renewal and anniversary ceremonies, and baby blessings. He has found that working with people from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds to create a unique and memorable wedding and faith-based ceremonial service to be of immense satisfaction. He enjoys working with people and helping them to celebrate in meaningful ways their most important life events.
As a youth, he grew up active in church where he served as an altar boy, played sports, participated in scouting, held leadership positions in various organizations, attended a religious school, and worked various part-time jobs to pay his expenses. He began his ministry in 1985 by volunteering his time and serving as a church lecturer/reader. More recently, he has taught youth Bible study classes for the past four years, served as a youth little league sports coach, and served as a scout leader. He has been actively involved in the community and has both volunteered and been appointed to leadership roles in political, organizational, non-profit, and church boards, e.g., Committee Chairman or member on strategic planning, budgeting, publicity, and fundraising groups. He has been the recipient of several achievement awards, including the rank of “Eagle Scout” by the Boy Scouts of America, Inc. (1975), “Outstanding Young Man in America” by the Outstanding Young Americans, Inc. (1998), and others. He is a native Houstonian and licensed Texas Notary Public.
He is a graduate of a Paralegal Certification studies program (2018) and his educational background includes a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA, 1990), Masters degree in Divinity (M.Div., 2012), a Masters of Science degree in Finance (MSF, 2017) and is presently enrolled in a Master of Educaton (M.Ed, 2022) degree program.
