Look, when I booked Jennifer we thought we hit the jack pot. She was so reassuring in that she had our flowers under control and that she would be able to get it the way we wanted. Where everything went down was when I began to realize I was having a rough time having communications with her. She would take some time to respond and she would always reassure me that she is just busy and I took it for face value because I get it. The day before the wedding again she told me she enhanced my bouquet free of charge with white roses and made everything more beautiful, that my florals were going to look just like my inspo pictures. Come next day. My flowers were delivered 30 mins before I walked down the aisle. Now my flowers requested were white babies breath, sage(touches of green), and lavender. I didn’t get corsages for my moms, roses in my bouquet(why would she say she added those if there was gonna be none). Nothing about my bouquet was as requested, to save me from crying my hairdresser had to add some flowers from the bouquet my now husband gave me that morning. My flower boys were supposed to have white rose petals to throw for the aisle and they had some kind of dandelion petal. Too thin to be a rose petal. And don’t even get me started on my centerpieces they were supposed to double as my aisle end caps. They were supposed to be large babies breath/rose bushes. Tell me why they were only 2-3 stems of babies breath placed in mason jars. This was not my aesthetic and probably the main thing I stressed I needed correct. Not to mention the “centerpieces” mimicked what my girls got as a bouquet. And that’s not what I asked for. Don’t get me wrong we spoke about the inspo pics beforehand and that they weren’t going to be exactly like them. But I did not expect to not get things and to have not anything close to even requested.
