To make that dream a reality, Ron has assembled an amazing team of professionals to assure that Juliette Falls is at the forefront of casual, luxury living in central Florida.

Our History

We took the name of our development from an early settlement in this area, the town of Juliette founded in 1845. It was one of the first English-speaking communities in western Marion County. This peaceful farming village stood on what is now the Juliette Falls property.
The natural beauty and resources here have attracted settlers since the earliest days of the Timucuan Indians.
In the late 1890s, a high grade of phosphate was discovered here, leading to a mining boom that gave rise to the town of Dunnellon. Juliette Falls was then incorporated into Dunnellon.
