Kris and Mike are incredible. They are professional and skilled, yet feel like family. They went above and beyond all day long - from helping to carry my dress to moving furniture (and cleaning underneath!) for the perfect photos. Kris provided a thorough timeline which was a relief for me, and referenced by all other vendors, including our venue. They truly know how to do events, and do them well, while having a calming and fun presence. I can't imagine our wedding day without them and our families continue to reference how amazing they were. During the planning process, choosing vendors is a daunting task, and can feel like taking a leap of faith. Trust me, Kris and Mike were the best decision we made throughout the whole process. You two are the best!!!!!

It’s hard to write a review for K. Lenox Photography because words cannot express how wonderful our experience with Kris was from start to finish. From an off-the-cuff half-joke about going to Paris (where we got engaged) for an engagement photo shoot, to actually going on that trip with Kris and her awesome husband for an incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience, to working with her on the actual wedding day was better than we could have ever imagined. When previewing wedding photographers' portfolios we were immediately drawn to Kris’ beautiful light and airy style. Meeting her sealed the deal that she was the right match for us, our personality, and our style.

Kris is just an awesome human who we are so glad to now call a friend and future travel buddy. She helped us with the timeline for the day, was super chill and helpful day-of, and definitely went the extra mile with photos we never expected to see of our guests following the ceremony. She so sweetly allowed our niece, the flower girl, to “help” her take the details photos while the adults continued to get ready. I was nervous about staying on time, Kris kept assuring me we were doing great and had plenty of time for the first look and family photos and that the ceremony would still start on time - and we did! Her experience and calm, cool nature were definitely welcome for the excitement of the wedding day. She also was great at reminding us to be present, stay in the moment, and that this was our day so we should enjoy it.

We can’t recommend Kris enough, she’s super awesome, and we are so happy with the photos we will have as memories for the rest of our lives.

We knew we wanted to have Kris as our wedding photographer the minute we ended our initial consultation meeting, and we are so glad that we did. At our engagement photoshoot, we were worried about feeling awkward in front of the camera, but she instantly made us feel comfortable; eventually, we were laughing and having so much fun that we forgot it was our engagement photoshoot.

On our wedding day, she and Mike were an absolute dream team. They handled everything flawlessly—from corralling our families (some of whom didn’t show up on time and also don’t speak English well…), to helping a stressed-out groom and best man with their ties and boutonnières, to dabbing a sweaty bride’s face with their own shirts, to hyping us up and making us laugh when we started to get nervous before the ceremony. We so appreciate having had them on our side to help us through the day.

It was also amazing to see how cooperative, respectful, and professional Kris and Mike were with our videographers (Hindsight Wedding Films, who we also recommend!). They all worked together seamlessly to make sure that they had the right shots, lighting, composition, etc. and we had nothing to worry about.

You get so much more than a photographer when you book Kris. You get someone who will quickly respond to all of your questions, someone who will beautifully capture every moment of your day and help you relive it, someone who will handle snafus behind the scenes and you won’t even realize it, and someone who genuinely cares about you and will treat your day like it’s the most important event in the world.
