Very pleased with what has been offered.

As we’re getting ready for next year, many questions and concerns have come to us. But thankfully they are able to answer us and have us not worry because a lot of their services cover what we need. They are very nice and attentive to any concern.

I loved this venue because it was beautiful but in the end the service was not at 100%. I paid an additional $500 for them to coordinate the night of the event and they fell short of quite a few things. They did not have their margarita machine up and running, they forgot to cut grooms cake and pass out. They did not follow my set up intrusions. But the good was great and so was the decor!

The venue is very pretty and the servers were nice and attentive. The food was good, everything seemed to go well until the end of the event. We paid for 90 plates because we worry that someone might not eat. We had 70 guests so that leaves 20 plates unserved which equals well over $200 of food that we paid for. They refused to give us those plates and kept reciting something about a law that stated you can’t remove food from the venue. However, What really got us upset is that the manager said they donate the plates to a church at the end of the night. First of all, I 100% doubt the validity of that claim. I told her to take a picture and sent it to us for proof and she agreed to, so I’ll be waiting for that photo. Second of all, how is that logical from that excuse that she just gave us that food cannot be removed from the venue for consumption? You can give it to other people but not us? Next I told her to reimburse us for those plates and that’s where my Spanish ended. They are thieves and liars.
On a side note, I asked her for a plate to take home to my dad and she condescendingly said, “Ok we’ll make you a little plate so your dad can taste it also, but it’s going to be cold.”
