Wedding planning has the potential to be very stressful; however with Katie's help and guidance throughout the process, we haven't felt any of it! Katie met with us very early on after our engagement, she provided us with an extensive to-do list for the year leading up the the wedding- which she walked through with us. We also received a day of itinerary where all we had to add was add in the times; a wedding and honeymoon budgeting spreadsheet- which was very helpful, and planning note sheets for any miscellaneous things that I wanted to keep track of. In addition to all of the documents that Katie gave us, she also provided recommendations for an officiant, things that we would need to consider based on what our venue did/ did not provide, and helped us organize and make sure our day of schedule flowed nicely. Katie was also available and quick to to answer any other random questions that we sporadically had along the way as well. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator and someone to help you plan for and help you out on one of the biggest days of your life, we highly recommend working with Katie!

I don’t know what we would have done without Katie and her team. From the moment the day began, they were ready to assist me and my wedding party with whatever we needed. Katie was there early, and prepared with all of the documents to make sure our day went smoothly. Her team even ran out to get us items we needed from the store. Katie kept us on time according to our schedule, and truly made me be able to relax and not have to worry about anything. She also made sure everything was set up at my venue correctly and the way I wanted it. Katherine did an excellent job planning our wedding. She found us some great vendors and was very patient with our venue selection process. The wedding day was stress free and wonderful, I didn’t have to worry about anything.
