KC Catering was easy to contact and confirm details with. They met our needs and also made suggestions based on their experience to better our event. They were willing to share as many tiny details as you were willing to hear, but also equally as willing to give you the "big picture" and handle everything else themselves. I barely noticed the servers all day, and yet dirty dishes were whisked away and cake cut and served before I'd even realized the need. We had a brunch wedding with a buffet of breakfast foods--eggs with toppings, oven roasted potatoes, carved ham--and everything was hot and delicious.

My husband and I started dating in Italy, and we wanted the food and the ambiance of our reception to reflect the feel of an Italian family dinner. Chris Freeman started from scratch to create this unique experience for our guests, and the results were astounding. Chris and his team tailored the set up and décor to our venue and vision and provided a personalized made-to-order pasta station with four chefs, a bruschetta and crostini station, meat and veggie stations, and a cappuccino bar. They were able to feed 200 people in less than an hour with this format, and the food was hot, delicious, and fresh. I would recommend them without hesitation to any of my family and friends getting married in the future.
