Welcome! Karissa Coffey Events was established in 2015 and we have more than 200 weddings under our belt! We specalize in Event Management services to couples in and around Charlottesville, Virginia (We do not offer full service planning at this time). We offer unlimited email communication + complimentary decor and design assistance. Three months prior to the wedding, we take over venue & vendor communication and management along with overseeing all details and logistics. She'll think of everything!

Karissa recently helped to plan and coordinate a Celebration service for a family member. Her expertise in event coordination was incredible - she thought through every detail of the event - from utilizing space and making it as beautiful as possible to efficient food service. She helped us make all attendees feel comfortable and cared for. It was such a gift to trust the details to her, both in the days leading up to the event and the event itself. I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise!

Our most essential vendor!

Karissa is a pleasure to work with! Every call we had with her was helpful and kept our planning on track. From helping us to narrow down possible vendors to vet to developing a personalized, comprehensive timeline for our wedding day, she can do it all! She was always responsive and patient with all of our questions. Because of her attention to detail, my husband and I were fully immersed in the joy of our wedding day and didn’t have to worry about a single detail. We owe that all to Karissa!

Perfect Day!

Karissa was the perfect coordinator for our wedding day! She listened to changes I wanted to make, and everything went smoothly with no mishaps at all! It took the stress off of us to just enjoy :)
