I found Karly through The Knot, and I am so glam I did! There are so many makeup artists on the site and I started reaching out to a handful of them. Karly was quick to reply, professional, kind and I soon realized she was the right fit for me! Her work speaks for it's self while scrolling through her photos. I later on did a trial and was so impressed by her set up. So much makeup, a chair, ring light and she even had a nice camera that she took photos of my makeup with when we were finished. I can not recommend her enough! Thank you Karly, I will be using you again in the future!

When researching make up artists for my wedding, it was really important for me to find someone who would apply make up that complemented my tan skin tone. I had bad experiences in the past with make up artists who tried to make my face look lighter than my actual skin color. When I looked through Karly's instagram, it comforted me knowing she had done make up for women of diverse skin tones. Karly did such an amazing job with my wedding day make up, and she made my bridal party and family look so fabulous, as well! My friends and I keep wishing that Karly could do our make up everyday so we could look that fab everyday! She also did my make up for my wedding rehearsal dinner on short notice, and I felt like a celebrity after she did my make up. Karly was very responsive in her communications with me, and she showed up on time on the wedding day. Last minute, my cousin requested if she could also get her make up done, and Karly was flexible in accommodating her. I will definitely be going back to Karly over and over again for future events :)

I am a vocalist in Las Vegas- I have worn makeup of all kinds for events, shows, red carpets, and special occasions my whole life... but finding a makeup artist for the greatest day of my life after my personal friend had to cancel for COVID was a nightmare of mine. Her effort, positive energy, kindness, knowledge, and freaking ferocious ability were so important to the execution of our wedding, and she did her job well. She has the ability to blend better than most artists I've worked with- her highlighting skills are incredible, and she is knowledgable about face shapes.
I DIDN'T EVEN NEED A TRIAL- she's that good. As someone who is normally type a- I didn't have to worry about a thing and was 10000% relaxed, calm, and focused on all the beauty on my wedding day. She did makeup for 8 (!!!) girls and they all felt so so beautiful. You won't be satisfied hiring her for your wedding!
