I'm a Chicago area multi-instrumentalist, piano is the forte. I do solo piano, solo piano+vocals, and/or solo guitar+vocals. With a large repertoire covering diverse genres (jazz, classical, blues, classic and modern rock, pop, Celtic, alternative, etc.) you name it, I play it. I've played many weddings, receptions, cocktail hours, sing-along Celtic music for St. Patrick's Day parties, background jazz for restaurants, classic rock for parties, I ran the headlining jazz band for a private fundraiser at the Palmer House for 3 years, played festivals, clubs, bars, piano bars, dueling piano engagements with other players, and more. I also instruct at two music studios in the Chicago area, and have been teaching for going on 10 years.

I can learn specific tunes, abide with special requests, introductions, greetings, announcements before events, or if looking for a quick and painless musician to do everything and not have to worry about specifics, I select appropriate material myself with no extra involvement required. If more musicians are needed I have plenty of contacts and can give more specific pricing information for duos or larger bands based on their rates.
