Not only was Kate incredibly responsive, organized, and capable of handling all the responsibilities assigned, she is also an awesome person. Communication leading up to the wedding day put our minds at ease because we knew we were in good hands. She is also such a pleasure to work with, she made the day that much more fun! The day itself ran so smoothly and we can’t begin to thank Kate or recommend her services enough! She is the best!

We can’t recommend Kate more for your wedding. If you’re getting married at our same venue, the Free Library of Philadelphia, she is an absolute must as she is familiar with its unique rules. From beginning to end, she was there for us, went to bat for us with vendors, and made sure our day ran as smoothly as possible. She was incredibly organized, frequently checked up on us in the months preceding the wedding, and finalized our wedding day timeline. She sat in on all our meetings with our caterer, and showed up day off with a bag with whatever we could possible need (most importantly ice packs to keep everyone cool during the summer heat.)

The Free Library had their own coordinator but in our eyes that was not going to be enough. Rightfully so, that coordinator’s job was more was to get the day completed without any problems. Kate was there to make sure all of the tiny details of our wedding were taken care of in the exact way we had described. Kate made sure everyone put our happiness over anything else, and for that, she was invaluable. She also took a ton of photos of the day and sent them to us the next morning which has been so nice to have while we wait for professional photos. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams, without Kate’s help. If we were to do it all over again, she would be the first person we would hire!!

Kate was great. My daughter connected with her and felt at ease before the wedding. My experience as the mother of the bride was fantastic. I didn’t worry about a thing and was able to enjoy myself on the wedding day. I knew that Kate had it all under control. She’s organized and knows how to rally the troops.
