KC Rentals is your budget friendly rental company that will get your celebration movin' and groovin' on the dance floor! We feature hotel grade dance floors that comes in 3' x 3 ' panels durable for both indoor and outdoor events! Think about using them for your special walk down the aisle, or out of the box 8-bit designs! Hearts? Diamonds? Pac Man? We can do it!

We also have “MR. & MRS.” or “MR. & MR. 4'” or “LOVE” tall light up marquee letters that add that special flare to your celebration!

We are slowly building our inventory and have a few tables in rounds and longs and other decor - please take a moment and chat with us!

Pricing
Parquet indoor/outdoor dance floors available for rent. Up to 27' x 33' floor can be installed for your event. Rental fees start at $15 per day per 3' x 3' panel used. Example: 15' x 15' dance floor = $375 per 24 hour day. Installation and delivery within a 30 mile radius of 55117 included. Willing to travel further for a fee.

LOVE Sign was a great addition to our Wedding 💒

Best Dance Floor Rental EVER!!

I can't say more positive things about this rental company. I needed an outdoor dance floor rental for my wedding reception and received the best advice and service for my event. First off, when I reached out I heard back very quickly and was able to get pricing and clarity on if we would be a good fit for each other. Then I was blown away with the process and how easy it was. I ordered what I needed, set the date, paid the deposit and before I knew it everything was done! The set up and clean up time windows were so flexible with my reception schedule and I loved the easiness of communication with this vendor. I would highly recommend working with KC Rentals!! They are an amazing option in the Twin Cities and I loved that they were not a huge corporate option like many of the other rental options for weddings. They were worth every penny!!! One of the best decisions I made in my wedding day planning, hands down!
