I ordered a sample bridesmaid dress, happened to have an issue being able to get it back on time (3 days) due to an emergency and when I reached out via email I was quickly responded to, reassured, and my issue was resolved. Importantly the dress color was exactly what I was looking for after having been unsure about the swatch and having had issues elsewhere. My girls will be coming back to order!

There were some delays in my shipment but the specialist team always kept me up to date no matter what. They also responded to my emails very quickly and were extremely helpful through the whole process. The specialist team members are kind, caring and thoughtful. They made sure I received my dress before the wedding. The dress itself is amazing. Comfortable, flattering, true to size and very well made.
