We had quite a few dietary restrictions to work with for our wedding. We wanted guests with allergies to have plenty of options for their desserts while not compromising on any flavor. We were so happy to find Kim Gregory's Pure Pastry. Her work is truly amazing. We selected a variety of different treats that gave delicious options to our gluten free, dairy free, and nut free guests. These guests were so happy with the options and many wanted to know where we had purchased such amazing pastries. Kim's showroom of pastries is truly lovely with an amazing aroma that overtakes you when you step in. Our wedding coordinator recommended Kim Gregory's due to the fact that I have a dairy allergy and couldn't eat the regular cake provided in our wedding package. Kim is so incredibly kind and warm and friendly, and made the process so easy. She was very easy to get in touch with and coordinated a tasting so I could see what I liked. We ended up ordering a 6-in. double tiered cake for me alongside the large wedding cake. It was absolutely delicioius and also beautifully simple. It can be nerve wracking as a person with food allergies because sometimes food you think is safe really isn't....Kim constantly reassured me that every ingredient was dairy free and that there was no cross contamination (as that bothers me, too).
