This scrub is made of brown sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Organic, of course. How can you go wrong with so few ingredients? If you have sensitive skin (or just don't want an aggressive exfoliating experience), you can't. The brown sugar is such a small granule that it is amazing for a soothing, gentle scrub.
