Your catering team will be lead by a captain who will act as a point of contact for any other vendors you may have to ensure efficient coordination at all times. With delivery, set up, and clean up included in the service, the team endeavors to alleviate the stress, allowing you to enjoy the day. Depending on your preference, a buffet-style or plated meal can be set up. To ensure that all of your needs will be met for your wedding celebrations, each moment will be carefully considered by this team of experienced professionals.

Chef Brian Arnoff, born and raised in the Hudson Valley, always knew he wanted to be in the food biz. As a kid Brian took part in preparing family meals and spent years learning from all the talented home cooks in his life. He started cooking professionally at age 15 and never looked back. Since then he’s worked in every type of establishment from divey pizza joints to James Beard award winning restaurants. Brian has worked for the likes of Barbra Lynch, Michael Mina and the Four Seasons Hotels.
In 2015 Brian returned to his roots in New York’s Hudson Valley to open Kitchen Sink a ingredient focused locally sourced salvo to his years of cooking. Winning Best New Restaurant and then Best chef Kitchen Sink has made a lasting impression on the Hudson Valley. In 2017 Brian opened his quirky Quick service joint Meyers Olde Dutch. MOD is an ode to old school fast food joints paired with a funky bar.
