Rental Fees for Reception Halls

November - April: $2,500

May - October: $2,950

Booking time includes 8 hours (typically 2 pm - 10 pm) additional hours may be charged at $150/hr

​Rental Fees for the Chapel

Booked separately: $600

Booked with a Reception Hall: $300

Booking time includes 4 hours - 1-hour rehearsal and 3 hours for the ceremony

​Rental fees include initial set-up of facilities' tables and chairs; amenities including a catering kitchen, fireplace, and sound system.

Beer, wine, and champagne are allowed.

Outside catering permitted.

Please note a $1,000,000 event liability insurance is required for all weddings.

Credit Card payments will be charged a 3% service charge.
