April "fell" into this business 12 years ago while working part-time as a florist in college Starting from the bottom she quickly realized she had a real knack and passion for floral arts. She completed her bachelors of science in Nutrition at the University of Saint Joseph but couldn't walk away from flowers. Since then she has worked in the industry for different places working her way up, gaining as much experience and knowledge as possible until finding her second home at Lagana Florist in 2016. She is well versed in all aspects of design at Lagana's full-service flower shop but specializes in weddings. She finds fulfillment and enjoyment in making couples happy on their special day!

When shes not working she is usually hanging with her animals, starting another arts/craft project she'll never finish, or binging another netflix series in her sweats on the couch. In the summer she loves riding her motorcyle, tending to her food and flower gardens in the yard and eating at as many new restaurants as possible while enjoying a craft cocktail. (total foodie).
