Originally I worked with Courtney Laine to create simple blue topaz earrings for my bridesmaids (which were absolutely lovely), but after seeing more of her work in person when I picked up my earrings I commissioned her to make a pearl & gold bracelet with a locket and chain that my grandmother had worn on her wedding day. Courtney worked with me to find just to right off-white pearls and create the perfect bracelet to match my vintage gown. The bracelet was a fairly last minute decision for me and was way out of my price range, but Courtney let me make payments. When my wedding day was only a week away and I couldn't make my last payment because of last-minute expenses she let me extend my payment until after my honeymoon and sent the bracelet to me anyway.

Courtney is one of the loveliest and kindest people I have ever had the opportunity to work with, and I am so grateful she was so flexible so I could wear my bracelet and keep the memory of my grandmother with me on my wedding day. Since my wedding I have received two other pieces of Courtney's work as gifts, and given some pieces as gifts as well, and I would recommend her jewelry to other brides or anyone looking for handcrafted jewelry without hesitation!
