About us: Owning a wedding and events venue has always been a dream of the Gotliffe’s, as well as being a pillar in their community. When they purchased the former Sanders-Myatt house in 2024, the opportunity to combine two dreams presented itself and Landon Estate was born. Being proud parents of a child on the autism spectrum, they named the venue in honor of their son Landon and have pledged to donate 10% of annual profits to the Autism Society of NC. With our annual fundraising events and donations, we aim to help provide summer camp scholarships, respite care, as well as tangible resources for local ASD children, young adults, and their families.

As an avid foodie/connoisseur/chef, I absolutely love to find new restaurants and food experiences. I also love connecting with people. I am thrilled to have a position where I can bring all the things I love under one roof! I have had the honor of running hundreds of events over my career from all aspects in the kitchen, on the catering service team, as a bartender and most predominantly as an events director and day of coordinator.
