I'm not exaggerating when I say I don't think I could have done this without Larissa. Our wedding on June 30, 2024, went beautifully, thanks in no small part to Larissa. My husband was out of town working for 45 days just prior to the wedding and I was slammed at work. Larissa kept us on track, and she did it with such grace. She is so kind, enthusiastic, and super well organized. Do not hesitate to hire Larissa!! She was such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

Having Larrissa as our day-of coordinator made everything about the planning process better. She is a true professional who knows how to hustle and get stuff done! All of our details were arranged perfectly and the setup was handled smoothly even though it was a very short window of time. Larissa was wonderful. We had planned a unique and very detailed ceremony and reception in Georgetown, Washington, DC. (We even had two little dogs involved!).

Larissa met with us initially and did a walk through with us of both venues. We talked everything over; and she created a timeline and to do list for all that was required. She sent us a master plan with diagrams of the reception tables and floral designs.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Larissa stayed on top of every detail. She responded immediately to any question; and, our group texts between the bride, mother of bride, and Larissa worked to quickly solve any issue which arose.

On the day of the wedding, Larissa checked in with us early and kept the time schedule right on point for all of us. She cued us for the ceremony and she cued us for the speeches at the reception. Her team did a beautiful job with the set up of table linens and floral arrangements. She coordinated with our photographer and made sure that everything ran smoothly—and, it did! We wouldn’t have changed a thing….
