Kathy delivered flowers that weren't discussed or in our contract at all. the bridal bouquets had roses that were brown all around the edges. that's right, they were dying. the colors were not what we contracted either. When we tried contacting her on the wedding day, she didn't respond for hours! and then all she said was, "i'm in the hospital." She is a fraud. DO NOT get scammed by this woman. I wish I had done more research before contracting and paying her for our florals. Now she is online writing slanderous things about myself and another bride, saying we wished her ill and now she has colon cancer.... not only is this completely ridiculous, but i actually did have cancer and went through chemo several years ago, so I find it very offensive than she would say such a thing. I do not with that upon anyone, but I almost wish she isn't lying about this so that she doesn't bring that type of karma into her life!!!! (though her business karma will certainly come around to get her.)She is a liar, and a thief. Stay away from her! Seek inexpensive services from people who your other vendors will recommend!

I had a horrible experience with Kathy. She arrived an hour late to my venue on my wedding day and kept all my vendors waiting. My mother stopped by to drop some decorations off to her and thank God she did or else my vendors would have been standing there for an hour waiting for her. Kathy had requested that my vendors show up at the earliest possible time (10:30 am is what her and I agreed on since we got the venue at 10 am) so that she would have plenty of time to complete all the other decorations. My mom, bridesmaids, and family ended up doing the majority of set up for the wedding. My mom ended up spending four hours at the venue setting up. In addition to showing up late, she ruined some of my flowers. My dad then had to special order pink roses to have delivered to her in order to make the centerpieces acceptable. Her and her husband then proceeded to talk about me to my family and friends, about how I did all this stuff last minute (ummm no I did not, she was aware of the decorations and even when I saw her at the rehearsal the night before, she seemed fine with everything) I did have to add one more table, but that is not where the problem was. Even if I was the worst bride ever you still should have the professionalism to keep your mouth shut and do your job. You should never bad mouth your client, especially to their friends and family! After all this happened, she then told my father (around 9 pm) that she was not feeling good and had to go to the hospital. My wedding was scheduled to end at 11pm. SO once again my friend and family had to put stuff away and bundle the linens, even though this was her job and she assured me multiple times that I would not have to worry about anything. WHAT A JOKE! I would not recommend hiring Kathy...unless you want to end up doing the job yourself. I am sure she will respond and justify everything, but I wanted to post this so that other brides will not have to deal with what I had to.
