We hired ‘Let’s Party Together’ for my brothers wedding, and they did an amazing job! From the first meeting to the wedding day, they were very professional and dedicated. They listened to our ideas and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted.
The service was excellent. The team worked hard to make sure every detail was perfect, and they made the whole process stress-free for us. They always kept us updated and made sure we knew what was going on at every step.
On the wedding day, everything went smoothly thanks to their great organization. The decorations were beautiful, the event went perfectly, and the whole day was wonderful. Our guests loved it, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Maddie and her team have been real responsive and accurate with us the entire time we were planning the event. Right from discussing the quotes to planning the site setup for my daughter’s anniversary, Maddie took care of all the aesthetics, materials, designs, installation of the set.

DO NOT USE this group for ANYTHING you have planned if you want it to go well. They cannot be trusted to get anything done and as a result created the ONLY problem I endured during my otherwise perfect wedding day. I contracted them to help assemble and manage a floral arch that I had pre- measured to make sure would fit in the space for my ceremony. I measured, confirmed, and thoroughly constructed the arch with my fiance in my condo without any issue, delivered it in 3 easy pieces to be put up in the hour before the ceremony (assembly took 10 mins for my fiance and I) but on the day of my wedding, I didn't want anyone in my family to have to deal with assembly and take-down of the structure (we got married on a boat so measurements really mattered) so I hired them for ARCH MANAGEMENT primarily and was assured they would have no problem with this. Then Madhuri, their "coordinator," was EXTREMELY pushy about having a "day of coordinator" so I would have "nothing to worry about on the day of the wedding." Until this point I had done all of the planning myself, so I thought it would be a good idea to hire her for that. Again the primary role and reason to engage her team was FOR THE ARCH, however. I wish to this day that I never engaged her AT ALL! On the day of my wedding, the arch WAS NOT UP! And I WAS NEVER informed that there was any problem. I was assured by the team on the boat that the arch would fit in the space, so had assumed it would've been easy for Madhuri's team to place and assemble given the clear go-ahead from the boating staff. While I was never informed that there were any issues with the arch set up, my brother WAS informed that there was a problem-but not by Madhuri's staff. He rushed to the boat to try to help get the middle section of the arch up in the minutes before the ceremony, only because a friend of mine (who was officiating our wedding) saw that it was STILL in the 3 pieces that it had been delivered in, and there were approximately 20 mins before ceremony was to start. She called my brother for assistance. He rushed to the boat to fix it, and Madhuri had the team MOVE THE TOP PIECE OF THE ARCH TO STORAGE rather than allow my brother to assemble the arch in the moments before guests arrived, despite the fact that he and my fiance had put it up and taken it down MULTIPLE TIMES before. It was as though, rather than be proven wrong, Madhuri and her team would prefer I DIDN'T get to use the arch I BUILT MYSELF and spent HUNDREDS of dollars on with silk flowers to look perfect and to PERFECTLY FIT THE SPACE. I will never forget what the replacement "pillars" looked like in all my ceremony photos and it truly made my dream of the ceremony not at all what I wanted. Then, my brother had the team put the arch up later in the reception to prove it could be done-and it fit PERFECTLY, as we ALL KNEW IT WOULD.
They didn't apologize for this, making every excuse they could think of, and refused to refund me for the cost of arch management. The only thing they did right was the paper goods (signage, program, and menus) and some of the table settings, but they didn't even USE all the decor I had left for them-claiming they lost one of the bins of decor I had dropped off at the boat for them to use for our dining tables. They also promised napkins in the shapes of bows, which I paid extra for, and the attached photo shows how the napkins appeared on my setting. The decor was all around NOT what we discussed, but the lack of arch was the biggest disappointment.

Her coordination skills are also a joke-feel free to message me if you want further details on this- and again the arch was NOT present for the ceremony-and what's worse, she stopped my brother from putting it up when he rushed to fix their incompetence. Attached pictures include 1) the completed arch after my brother made them set it up (in the space where it fit perfectly) AFTER the ceremony, and 2) the set up they left me with for my ceremony--2 short obviously unfinished pillars. I was never informed that the arch was going to be replaced by pillars, even as I was about to walk the aisle. Photo 3 shows what the napkins looked like on my place settings, not a single bow in sight. Do NOT USE THEM for anything important! I'm still sick about it because the rest of the day was perfect (despite them).
