Have your special day become a special weekend, with the option of having family and friends stay at the house, have the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony and the reception all on the property. The barn is 9000 sq. ft. and will accommodate 300 guests starting at $4,900 for a Friday evening, $6,500 for a Saturday and $4,500 for a Sunday wedding.

The barn at Little Brook Meadows has just been fully renovated and is very versatile. In combination with the barn, there is a large open meadow with a gazebo and a fire pit. The barn has a large main area for functions as well as a beautiful foyer, handicap accessible restrooms, prep areas and professional lighting. It is a great location for parties, presentations, cookouts, and conferences. Outside, licensed caterers may be used with management approval. Round tables to seat 300 and white padded folding chairs provided.
