Our estate provides a magical "ferry tale" setting for your special day, whether you envision a ceremony with a stunning waterfront view or a charming garden backdrop. Say your vows on our sandy beach, under the shade of a graceful weeping willow, beside our rustic red barn, or even by the pool. Our elegant tented reception area ensures your celebration continues smoothly, regardless of the weather. Add a touch of enchantment with a horse-drawn carriage for a grand entrance or departure, creating unforgettable memories.

Little Ferry Inn is an idyllic venue in the DMV area, conveniently located within easy reach of Fredericksburg, Dahlgren, and Route 301. Just 90 minutes from Washington, DC, Richmond, Annapolis, and Fairfax, our 7,200 sq. ft. estate sits on 6.4 acres and can accommodate up to 26 overnight guests. The main house features 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 4 single beds, along with an in-law suite and a cozy cottage studio. Enjoy panoramic waterfront views, a private dock, a pool, and a sandy beach, making it ideal for weddings, events, and recreational activities such as boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and crabbing.

The facility fee at Little Ferry Inn is $7,500 and includes 8 hours of event time, 3 servers, and setup and breakdown of tables and chairs for up to 30 guests. Additional rental fees apply for extra tables and chairs beyond 30 guests, and additional servers can be hired if needed. While we typically accommodate events with up to 50 guests, we can be flexible based on your needs. For those wishing to stay overnight, we have a three-night minimum. Our Main House rental is from $1,250 per night in the low season and from $1,500 per night in the high season, plus a $450 cleaning fee. The entire estate rental is from $2,500 per night plus a $675 cleaning fee. If you book additional nights, you'll enjoy a $1,500 credit towards the night of the event.
