Olivia is a amazing! Liv For The Day was recommended to my (now) wife and I by our venue to help us make sure everything ran perfectly the day of the wedding. We couldn't have been more thankful for the recommendation. From our first meeting with Olivia, we knew we had the right person to guide us through everything and to make sure it all went according to plan. She was super supportive of our vision which incorporated some Star Wars stuff (hence May the 4th) and helped us get more organized and prepared for the day.

As for the day itself, Olivia was fantastic. My wife and I are not ones to take charge and we wanted our family members to enjoy the day with us instead of be stressed. She was out and about coordinating with vendors and venue staff, keeping us on schedule, and just making sure Jamie and were comfortable and having a good time. It all turned out perfect in the end and we can't thank Liv For The Day enough for being a huge part of it. We highly recommend Liv For The Day. I absolutely loved all of my bouquets, boutiniers, corsages, and altar arrangement. Olivia and her team are so professional and do an amazing job. I sent Olivia some inspiration pictures and she went above and beyond what I asked for! All of our flowers looked amazing! I highly recommend Liv for the Day for any wedding!

Olivia was amazing! She was our coordinator for our wedding at Bowers Museum on 7/14/18. She was seriously the best and our day turned out perfect because of her. She handled all of our contracts and vendors which was a huge relief for me. Olivia and her team set up all our centerpieces, decorations, our wedding arch, etc, and packed it all back up for us at the end of the night. She made our timeline of the day which was something that had been stressing me out and made the day run so smoothly. Her assistants even picked up our flowers and a special order of churros that we served for a late night snack. If anything went wrong at our wedding, I never heard anything about it, Olivia took care of everything so that my husband and I could enjoy our day. She ran us through our rehearsal 2 days before our wedding and took all our decor that day so we didn’t have to worry about taking it to the museum on the day of the wedding. Olivia is so sweet and professional. Our day was perfect thanks to Olivia and I will be recommending her to all my friends.
