Lovecraft Events is the product of Melissa and Joe Miller which started from the idea, the spark that the traditional event market has some people feeling like they don’t fit in.
It’s okay, we understand. There are some dial tones out there.
But have no fear! Lovecraft Events passion is to create meaningful gatherings where people can reflect each others energy, and most importantly represent the clients unique story, culture, and priorities.
Sometimes, planning an event is just plain stressful. You may even be thinking to yourself, “What am I doing? Where do I start? I don’t know about lights, sound, planning, or DJ’s”. That's where we come in.
Joe has worked in events, music, sales, and DJ’ing for 25 years doing events of all kinds. After his marriage to Melissa, they realized how challenging and stressful the event planning process can be.
It gave us the the idea, the spark, that taking away that stress. Making sure your special day is our specialty. Could be an incredibly rewarding, satisfying, and fulfilling way to make our little mark on the world. (And we love it!)
Sol Calderon. One the most talented artists in the industry with decades of experience in everything from DJ'ing, Sound & Audio design, Lighting, and a lifetime of throwing awesome events. Sol is an exceptional human being, a true professional with qualities we are very happy to have be the newest part of the team here at Lovecraft Events.
Matt (AKA PRESSHA)
Is an incredibly talented Artist, DJ, Producer, who's no stranger to dancefloors and peoples playlists all over the country. With a huge history of residencies all over the Seattle area, Lovecraft Events was over the moon when he agreed to highlight our roster. Matt has an amazing ear and an arsenal of classic/originals, rerubs, remixes, and versions of your favorite jams that you just haven't heard before. We've had clients describe him as a psychic mind reader. He's one of the best to do the DJ thing and warm, calming, professional presence. Matt is legit.
