What is Lumi?

Lumi is an event design and coordination group based in the Lower Hudson Valley, NY. At Lumi, we specialize in crafting, curating and executing our clients’ visions, while giving them special access to the deep well of resources and expertise we have cultivated over years of experience in the industry. Honoring timeless styles and methods while also keeping ahead-of-the-curve on design trends is only a small part of Lumi’s expertise. At Lumi, we are committed to you and your guests’ experiences, taking the unpleasant parts of event coordination off of your plate so you can truly immerse yourself in celebrating and making memories with those you love the most. What do we offer?

Lumi offers a full spectrum of planning packages. From Day of Coordination; our expert team dispached to execute all of your carefully laid plans on your big day. To Full Weekend Management; our entire portfolio of vendors at your disposal for up to a year out from your event so we can be with you not only on your special day, but by your side through the trials and tribulations that can come with planning any important event. Our A- La-Carte add on services allow you to customize any package to make sure you are completely supported to execute your unique vision.

Where are we located?

With bases in Rockland County and Bergen County NJ, our planners are in a unique position to service all of the lower Hudson Valley and surrounding areas including: NYC, West Chester, New Jersey, Conneciticut, Albany, Catskills, and parts of Pennsylvania. Travel outside of these areas is welcome with travel accommodations!
