Hi, I’m Krisen, a self taught baker obsessed with all things cake.
I’ve always been fascinated by baking and the idiosyncrasy of a “spoonful here” and “a pinch there”. My first official leap into baking was many moons ago on my 18th birthday. That was my gift to myself. It was supposed to be a black and white cake that went horrendously wrong. Thankfully, my second life attempt at baking was decidedly less catastrophic. Over the years, I’ve worked on my craft and learned the do’s and don’ts of making amazing cakes.
My happy accident is now your gift.
