When planning my wedding, one of my biggest stresses was who to book for my photographer. I knew that the photographer can in many ways set the tone of the day, as they are with you from the beginning to the end. I wanted to find a great photographer, who also had a calm and reassuring presence. I wanted to find someone I was comfortable with to share in all the intimate and nerve racking moments that weddings are made of.

I could not be happier that I found Madeline. From the first zoom call, I knew she was the right fit. Madeline exudes the kind of warmth and generosity of spirit that you would hope to be surrounded with on your wedding day. We didn’t meet in person till the day of, but I instantly felt comfortable with her and never once worried she wasn’t capturing the moments that were important to me. I have a huge family and it was a bit chaotic getting them all placed for photos, but Madeline handled them like a pro.

After getting the sneak peak, we could immediately see that Madeline was our perfect photographer. I love the posed portraits of my husband and I during our first look, and the portraits of our family and friends, but I’m obsessed with the candids she captured. Spontaneous moments that you can’t plan for. When I go back through our photos, and see the joy and laughter on the faces of the people I love all in one place, celebrating the best day of my life, I can’t help but cry happy tears.

Madeline, you were a dream to work with and your photos will be amongst our most treasured possessions for the rest of our lives. Thank you. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
