When my original videographer didn't work out, I was frantic! I came across Madison on Instagram and found myself watching every single one of her videos. I reached out to her and I fell in love with her sweet personality. (I think I booked her in the first conversation we had!) Fast forward to my wedding day...things did not go as exactly as planned BUT Madison went above and beyond (even coming early!) to ensure my day was still special. She captured every smile, every laugh, every teeny tiny little moment (even ones I would have forgotten), and I felt as if I was hanging out with an old friend all day. She listened to what we wanted in our video and even let us pick out our own music. HIGHLY recommend!!!! Thank you Madison for everything!!

Madison Hafen was given ample notice that my brothers wedding had been canceled months in advance. She was asked to simply give back a travel fee that she was fully refunded on by delta, (of which we have documented proof) and has refused. As a sag cinematographer and producer in the film industry I cannot believe the unprofessional behavior of someone who’s shooting weddings. Fair warning, Do not book here. She is also claiming she has a signed contract with her terms,. She has not provided anything more than a novice word document without signatures which my lawyers will eat alive. We will now be demanding our deposit back as well. No reason this had to go this way, every other vendor we contacted has gone above and beyond to help us out. As someone with 10 years of NY civil Supreme Court experience I can state she has no legal recourse and no legal reason to hold either payment. No work, planning or product was provided.
