I actually found Sara on Thumbtack in a panic about 3 days before my engagement pictures. I was frantic to find someone to do my makeup on such short notice. She emailed me back almost instantly that she was available and willing to help me! a few days later, she showed up at my apartment with all of her tools and airbrush machine and made me look FLAWLESS for my engagement pictures. I was so eager to work with her again, so I booked her for my wedding! :) and in a strange turn of events, was also able to refer my best friend over to Sara for her wedding as well! Sara made me, my mom(s), and bridesmaids look incredible on my big day! She was so nice and friendly, super easy to talk to, and extremely accommodating (willing to travel all the way to Lake Geneva, WI for my wedding, AND able to add in a few more faces at the last minute)! It was such a pleasure working with Sara, I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

Sara was sweet and able to book a couple months before the wedding. I had a trial with her a couple weeks before my wedding. I had asked for a more natuaral look. Most of my features were washed out. With the eyelashes my now husband said I looked a bit scary. I sent her new pictures of what I’d like. The day of the wedding she forgot to bring my touch up kit which is included in the pricing. My blemishes we not very covered up or blended but when I asked her for more coverage she did give more. My makeup did fade and flake. I had to use my own makeup throughout the day to do significant touch ups and basically redo my own makeup. My makeup was a lot lighter than my arms and chest. I tried to contact her after the wedding twice but she never responded. Everyone else seemed to have very positive experiences.
