Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 110 year-old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of Nashville's downtown skyline. The series of old, brick buildings that make up Marathon Village house a combination of offices (mainly creative arts such as photographers, designers, Lightning 100 radio station, etc...) and retail (consisting of the popular American Picker's retail shop, gift shops, candy store, hair salon, tattoo parlor, etc.).

We rent the space for $4,000 a full day 9am to 12am. It requires a $500 deposit. Dates are NOT reserved until we have received the $500.00 deposit which is non-refundable and goes towards the total cost.

We require a liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 for the day of the event. This is a simple document to get through your insurance company. If we are not booked the day before and you would like to have more time to set up for the event, the price is $900 (9am to 5pm).

Tables and chairs include 5ft rounds, Cocktail table size 30x40, Black Padded seat folding chairs, and 8ft, 6 ft, and 4 ft. rectangular tables. We do not have linens.

We have a Ready Room that is included as well. This ready room fits up to 4 - 5 people comfortably. It has seating, a full-size body mirror, counter space, closet, a large wall-mounted makeup mirror and individual make-up mirrors. If you would like to add this to your contract, please request it on your visit.

Curtains and draping are included in the kitchen area and you get a choice of black or white curtains.
We are OPEN vendors, so the catering is 100% your choice. We have a reach-in cooler, ice maker, sink (no food allowed down sink), 3 trash cans, and a hot box in the catering area. Alcohol is allowed, but absolutely no selling of alcohol or serving to minors. We do have a recommended vendor list which is attached.

There is a stereo system hooked up with 1/8" cable in the room where a DJ can plug a computer or you can bring in your own equipment.(Update of equipment is happening now)

Our Room With A View is located on the 3rd floor of 1305 Clinton Street. The capacity is approximately 200 people. We can comfortably host a sit down dinner for 150 guests.

Please contact us for a tour. We schedule tours during the weekdays only from 9:30 - 3:00. Please let us know what time would work best for you! We do not tour on Weekends due to events and we are closed on Sunday's.
