I highly recommend Mercy and her team for anyone looking to get married in the Dominican Republic. She was the reason my husband and I were able to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. She helped me plan the large event while I was in Florida. She handled everything from flowers, cake, venue, music, food, decorations etc. in a timely and efficient manner. She is a true professional, with attention to detail, a friendly demeanor and easy to work with. Everything came out beautiful. The guests loved the food. They were in awe with the flowers. The venue was perfect. I don't have anything negative to say. I'm happy with Mercy's work. She made it easy for me. I arrived at the D.R three days before the celebration and there was nothing I had to do but enjoy the day. If I ever have to plan another event I will call again for her services. As I sit and write this, I am reliving the months of preparation that lead to renewing my wedding vows with my husband of 25 years. For us it was an acknowledgement that the decision we made when we were young and full of dreams was right and true and lasting. I picked my dress and shoes with care, the gift bags for my guests, my husband's tuxedo and then because you only renew your vows once, I chose a destination wedding in the Domincan Republic. It could have been a daunting task; planning a wedding and reception in a place I'd never been and were it not for Marcee Event Planners and in particular Mercy our Reception Coordinator it might have been. She was everything I could have hoped for and more. She was patient, kind, attentive to details and attentive to my needs. Together we created a perfect wedding...swaying palm trees, a calm blue sea, the scent of roses in the air mingling with the laughter of my loved ones as the sun set slowly in the horizon.
