Our experiece with Marcela and her team was amazing!From the first time we meet we felt the CLICK and we knew we wanted her to be our florist,no matter what!Marcela understood and envisioned every idea ,and totally exceeded our expectations.we are forever gratefull for her and her team for making our wedding day one of the most most beautiful days in our lives!

Marcela is the best florist you can hire for your event. I truly recommend her for any event possible. She does magic with flowers.

I'm a firm believer that respect and great customer service must take precedence above all in running a business.
Be it cultural sensitivity or demonstration of empathy towards others. Unfortunately, my experience with Marcela flowers was one I would never want a paying customer encounter.
I ordered a flower arrangement for my sister's first mother's day to be delivered on May 11th. Though the arrangement was beautiful, it came with a "sympathy" card and in it was a hand written "Happy mother' day" (Incorrect spelling shown above). Understandably so, my sister went through waves of emotions, including shock. I called Ms. Marcela on the 12th to inform her of the mistake. She then stated that she will send a new order for her error, but said it will be the day after Mother's Day. I never received a call regarding fixing the order, and when I did call, Ms. Marcela ignored my concerns and hung up on me. Following that call, she called me stup*d on another call and said my concerns are fool*sh. Completely disregarding my culture and our viewpoints.
Ms. Marcela's arrogance supersedes the quality of work, as providing good customer service is imperative for retention. When it was mentioned about leaving a negative review regarding her calling me stup*d for having a complaint about a sympathy card, she verbalized "I don't care about the review because it's a multi-million dollar company, so what will one customer do..." I will never order from this company again.
